Data Dent
A desktop contact library for medical and dental B2B supply in Turkey. Compliance is not a policy document here: the `people` table has no column for a personal mobile number or a personal e-mail address.
Constraint, not policy
Not a preference — an architectural limit. A record without a source URL cannot physically be inserted. An opt-out row is never deleted, so a removed institution still stays on the block list.
Trader vs. professional
The consent exemption is granted to traders, not to every legal entity. A dentist's practice is a liberal profession and falls outside it. The app refuses that flag both in the interface and in the Rust layer.
Locale-specific work
Turkish lowercase (I→ı, İ→i), which Rust gets wrong by default. Phone normalisation that leaves the field empty rather than inventing a number. Windows-1254 semicolon CSV detected automatically.
